A forever student of being human.
Single mom of two, born in New York, expat in Italy since 2016. I believe the more authentic we are, the more successful we can be. No disconnection. No people-pleasing. Just radical honesty with ourselves and the courage to live by it.
I've lived many lives, from working as a licensed acupuncturist to running an international wellness retreat center. My life experiences are part of what fuels my work in supporting people to navigate change, pursue their passions, and live more authentic lives.
