Coaching arrived in my life during a season when I was unpacking the deep power of words. After years of struggling in relationships, there was only one choice: evolve, or game over. The answer was obviously evolve.
A long healing journey began. It was a life coach who ushered me toward the a-ha moment that brought me to study coaching myself.
I'm a licensed acupuncturist with a background in Chinese medicine. I ran an Italian retreat center, At The Aia, in 2016.
I believe the more authentic we are, the more successful we can be.
Truly ourselves, in a radically authentic way — life becomes better. No disconnection, no people-pleasing. We need to take care of ourselves. We need to have boundaries with ourselves.
